ahha...today i finally jie3 tuo1.. i think im so lonely these days..haven stepped out of bedok for lyk a wk..nobody cares bout me...hai...but tonight~ had a great chat with somebody wor..great listener,quite 体贴，充满爱心，充满关怀 的绝世好人。。。她就是月亮和猩猩的爱情结晶! 馨妹~ ok jus kding...no offence..chinese abit rusty...用词可能不恰当。it has been so long since i had a great talk over the phone..im so kelian...nobody calls me... haha ya the chat was great cos we counted down to xmas...n sang merry wonderful xmas songs over the phone wor..真是百年难得的一件盛事~ ok im so lame.. yx thanx k.

ok its xmas morning...life goes on as usual...but i really hope for some things.. oh ya i was watchin 大S promoting her new book on 美容..really learnt alot of things from it...shes really a 美容大王... from head to toe..not tt shes vain ba...who doesnt wan to be pretty rite..think its lyk a 基本的礼仪... ok heres some tips

1_dun wash your hair too often..if its not smelly..dun wash..of cos if u gel it...must wash..washing hair twice a wk is very fine.. shampoo will corode ya hair wor!

2_when u wake up every morning...dun wash your face! cos our face will secrete some natural oil ..tt is enough to protect ya skin for the day..GO NATURAL! of cos if u got 眼屎，must wipe la..those with v oily face jus rinse a little..then off u go for your date~

3_冲凉时，水的温度不可超过38dc... cos it will hurt ya pores somethin lidat...or if u wash up in high temp water...must end off with cold water wor..

blarblar...jus some examples mentioned above..of cos theres more lyk healthy sliming methods using 刮痧 n bust enhancement thru rubbing of a particular 穴道 or wat to do if u 失眠。very interesting。。...haha can find out more from me..

ok ya im crapping.. i think i should start protecting my skin from today...n my hair most important....haha hm gg to kill me...
